Replacing bathtub wood enclosure with tile? can you do this? also vanity is out of date but new house? - bathtub shower enclosure

Thinking of buying a house that was built in 2003, but the main bathroom is boring and seems a little too old to add ... It has a corner bath ... with three sides and the rear wall of the tub-shaped AV .. .. and the three pages in color .... I replaced the wood with tiles ... if so, how can I make and how much would such a thing a lot ... can not be covered, but the material other than wood, you look around the tank, is .. im looking more for a new kind of modern look ... The toilet is also .. outdated vanity has a similar style wooden ... How much would it cost to replace it with something that meet at the replacement of things around the tub? should be no problem to change the wood tiles. and the same as vanity. Go to Lowes, Menards, Home Depot and see if you can match the tile. what you need for an estimate of how much it costs!
