I have more gas, has for many years and almost constant. I think that what I eat, I can not digest any reason, and I wonder if it can, because the pancreas no longer produces enough digestive enzymes or my liver is not enough of the bile. To somebody excessive flatulence, due to liver or pancreas. Also my urine smells strong, the food they eat very little, and I wonder if the cause of my kidney distinguish things in food that can be my liver could not be filtered?
